Los Angeles area

Keynote (up to 90 minutes) $  5,000

Multiple Programs

A 50% discount is offered for additional programs booked for the same day at the same conference.
A 25% discount is offered for additional programs booked by the same client at different or adjacent dates.
NOTE: Discounts are applicable only if contracts are issued simultaneously.

Customized Programs

The goal is to provide every client with the most valuable program possible. Pre-conference interviews are key to uncover important issues, subjects and/or topics that are current, relevant and/or timely to your organization. You will receive a pre-program questionnaire designed to obtain the history of your company as well as relevant issues you might be able to include in your up coming presentation.

Travel Expenses

Fernando Navarro travels from Los Angeles, CA. (LAX airport)
Travel expenses are in addition to the speaking fee. Travel expenses include First or Business Class airfare, up to 2 nights hotel accommodations for Continental USA and up to 4 nights for International presentations in a non-smoking room and guaranteed late/early arrival, meals, transportation from/to airports and venues and other expenses related with the travel. Hotel expenses should be charged directly to the organization’s master account. All the others charges will be billed separately and will need to be paid no later than 2 weeks after the presentation.

Holding and Securing Dates

To hold dates for Fernando Navarro, please provide the date(s) in mind for the meeting(s). The client will have 30 days to make a final booking decision. If there is a request by another client on the same date you will be notified by phone and given 48 hours to contract or release the date(s). To secure the date, a program agreement will be issued and signed within 48 hours of the notification of the competing event. This contract will be followed by a 50% deposit to be received no later than two weeks after the execution of the agreement. The 50% balance is due two weeks prior appearance.
